   ABRAHAM ACCORDS -US PEACE OR PLOY?
In 2020 America launched “abraham-accords” to bring peace in the world and Mideast, human dignity and freedom. Peace necessitates all parties are accorded the same rights and obligations. God gave us the prescription for peace, human dignity and religious freedom centuries ago:   

   –Bible: Thou shalt not kill, steal, bear false witness, covet thy neighbor’s belongings–(Exodus 20:13-17); Do to others as you’d have them do to you–Matt.7:12).
   –Qur’an: Act not corruptly in the earth or make mischief, or rob men of their dues (26:183); give justice even if it be against one’s self (4:135); men are created equal (95:4), we are of different tribes and nations that we may know one another (49:13); to be judged only by our deeds (6:133); woman has rights as man(2:228); let not hatred of a people incite you to transgress (5:2); all are free to his belief (2:256; 109:1-6).

It is not what man wants –man may covet, scheme, subdue, sack and savage, for a season– it is what the Divine decrees. One who plays the part of patriarch of peace is to act evenly. 

While the pursuit of peace is commendable. Except for Jews, Christians and Muslims honoring Abraham as Father of the Arab and Jewish nations, there is no Muslim-Jew “Abraham accords”.
Jews do not accept that God’s covenant was with Abraham and Ishmael and do not commemorate Abraham’s sacrifice of his then “only son” (Ishmael) though they claim this sacrifice is of Isaac and use this “promise” to occupy Palestine.
Christians have similar views as Jews and also that Ishmael was “born in slavery” and “persecuted” Isaac–(Galatians 4:21-31). There is no Muslim-Christian “Abraham accords”.

“Abraham accords” is either misguided or a ploy to render Muslim states impotent to support, and to negative, Palestinians “inalienable right of return” to their native land, as enshrined in UN Resolution 194. And in Allah’s decree:
      “drive them out from where they drove you out”; 
   “Allah forbids you only respecting those who fight you for religion, and drive you forth from your homes and help (others) in your expulsion, that you make friends of them”-(Qur’an 2:191; 60:9). To disregard Allāh is to imperil our soul.
                      Believers do not get stung twice
                      from the same hole (Bokhari Vol. 8, #154).
