THE WAY THE TRUTH & THE LIFE
Jesus said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me”–(John 14:6).
Can an ordinary worker get to see the President without going through the secretary or through his supervisor?
That Jesus is “the way, the truth, and the life” and “no man cometh unto the Father” but by him is so of all prophets of God who were “the way, the truth, and the life” to their respective people.
These people could not go to God without following the teachings of their prophet. All prophets were the “way” to those of their people who accept them; and who gave to their people Divine “truth” and spiritual “life.”
Even with his claim to being “the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me” Jesus yet commands his followers to obey the Scribes and Pharisees and to follow the law of Moses in order to gain eternal life and the Comforter who will guide into “all truth” and abide “forever”:
–“The Scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do;”
-“one came and said unto him (Jesus) Good Master, what good things shall I do, that I may have eternal life? And he said unto him? Why callest thou me GOOD? There is NONE good but ONE, that is GOD: but if thou wilt enter life, KEEP THE COMMANDMENTS;”
-“When he, the Spirit of truth (the Comforter), is come, he will guide you into ALL TRUTH”–Matt. 23:2-3; 19:16-19; John 16:13; 14:15-16; 15:26.
There would have been no need to follow the scribes and Pharisees and to wait for the Comforter to guide us into “all truth” if Christ was the only way, truth, life, and way to God.
Since following the Mosaic law is what is required to get into heaven THERE IS NO NEED FOR JESUS!
Jesus is redundant
Since the Comforter will replace the Mosaic law because he will guide into “ALL TRUTH” and will abide “FOREVER,” THERE IS NO NEED FOR JESUS! Jesus is redundant
Since the Comforter will replace the Mosaic Law because he will guide into “ALL TRUTH” and will abide “FOREVER,” then, being devoid of “all truth” and perpetuity, the Bible is obsolete
And this Comforter who guided us into “all truth” is the Prophet Mohammad as shown by Prof. Abdul Ahad Dawud –the former Reverend David Benjamin Keldani– in his book Muhammad in the Bible. Jesus saving “HIS people from their sins” only means that they will be saved by his teachings–(Matt. 1:21).
The Prophet Mohammad being the mercy to the world and having brought us the Qur’an –the Book of “all truth”– he is now the only name and the only way and truth and life on earth for all man. The Qur’an consists of, exceeds, and supersedes all other Scriptures.
Through the Qur’an/Islam Mohammad brought the world to our feet and eternity to our arms. And as no religion can be shown to be superior to, or equal with, Islam, those who reject Islam/Mohammad is going to Hell–(cf. Qur’an 3:84-85; 9:113. Muslim, Vol, 1; # 284). This is corroborated by Moses who admonished his people that whoever does not follow the prophet like him (LIKE MOSES) will have to answer to God for their rejection of this prophet:
“I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee (Moses), and will put my words in his mouth (and the words of the Qur’an were put into the mouth of the Prophet Mohammad by God through the Angel Gabriel). And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I WILL REQUIRE IT OF HIM””(or “I Myself will call him to account”1–(Deut. 18:16-19).
(Notably, Mohammad does not need the Bible or any other Scripture to substantiate his claim to Divine Messengership; the Qur’an –with its prophecies [which have already manifested]; scientific pronouncements [which have been verified], and inimitability [Qur’an 2:23; 10:38; 11:13; 17:88; 52:33]– is his proof.
In fact, the Qur’an is not only proof of Mohammad’s Divine Messengership it is a refutation of atheism, for no man in Mohammad’s time could have known about some of the things that Mohammad taught).
The Gospel of Matthew 1:21 states, “he (Jesus) shall save his people from their sins.” And Jesus’ people are the Jews; and he saved his people from their sins by calling them to repentance and forgiveness:
-“I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to REPENTANCE” (not to vicarious atonement)–(Matthew 9:13).
-“And when ye stand praying, FORGIVE, if ye have anything against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may FORGIVE you your trespasses, But if you do NOT forgive, NEITHER will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses”–(Mark 11:25-26; Luke 17:3-4).
-“When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven …FORGIVE US OUR SINS; for we also forgive every one that is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation; but DELIVER US FROM EVIL”–(Luke 11:2-4).
-“I tell you…except ye REPENT, ye shall all likewise perish”–(Luke 13:3, 5).
-“I say unto you, there is JOY in the presence of the angels of God over ONE SINNER THAT REPENTETH”–(Luke 15:10).
-“The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation (of Jews) and shall condemn it: because they REPENTED at the preaching of Jonas; and behold, a greater than Jonas is here” (that is to say, the people of Jonas repented but Jews do not repent even though Jesus who is greater than Jonas is preaching to them)–(Matthew 12:41).
As Jesus’ people were the Jews, thus Jesus was “the way, the truth, and the life” and the way to God only for his people, Jews.
Even if Jesus was “the way, the truth, and the life” and the way to God for the world yet this would not make Jesus Divine or vicarious atoner.
Whereas Jesus was only a messenger of God sent to the Israelites to call them to “repentance” and “forgiveness”, Christians con-signed Jesus to the bed of celibacy, crowned him with Divinity and made him scapegoat for non-existent inherited sin. (See Jesus-like David).
Jesus says you shall know the truth, and the truth shall set you free (from lies, falsehood, and blasphemy). And the Divine truth is, Jesus was a prophet of God sent only for Jews and to foretell the coming of the Comforter (Mohammad) who will guide into “all truth” and will “abide forever” and whom all are to follow; and
“THERE IS NO GOD BUT ALLĀH;
MOHAMMAD IS THE MESSENGER OF ALLĀH!”
