Desiring such perfection, <span style=\"color: purple;\">one practices celibacy<\/span>;\u201d and<br \/>\n\u201cThe yogic situation is that of <span style=\"color: #800080;\">detachment from all sensual engagements.<\/span> <span style=\"color: purple;\">Closing all the doors of the senses and fixing the mind on the heart and the life air at the top of the head, one establishes himself in yoga\u201d<\/span>\u2013(Gita 8:11-12).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 14pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">While there is merit in refining one\u2019s self into oneness with God<span style=\"color: purple;\"> (and Islam teaches this as will be shown)<\/span> Yoga contradicts with Hindu teaching and with Divine decree.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">In the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/nogodbutallah.org\/?page_id=537\">Bhagavad-Gita<\/a><\/span>, Krishna says (6:2, 10, 14, 46): <span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u201cone can never become a yogi unless he renounces the desire for sense gratification,\u201d \u201che should live alone in a secluded place\u201d and with \u201csubdued mind, devoid of fear, completely free from sex life, one should meditate upon Me,\u201d for \u201cA yogi is greater than the ascetic, greater than the empiricist, and greater than the fruitive worker. Therefore, O Arjuna, in all circumstances, be a yogi.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><sup><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">1<br \/>\n<\/span><\/sup><\/span><\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;\">\u00a0 <span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">\u00a0Clearly, the above practice of yoga contradicts the purpose of creation, which is to multiply and fill the earth. There was no need for God to create woman if He wants man, \u201cin all circumstances,\u201d to live a life of celibacy.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0\u00a0 If every man\u2019s goal of life was to know Krishna, and begun practicing yoga, in about 130 years, barring cloning and other non-sexual methods of multiplying, mankind would be extinct.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\">\u00a0 \u00a0To ensure the propagation of the species God instilled desire between the male and female, even in the lower animals this drive is present, and He equipped us, as well as the animals, with reproductive cells.<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span lang=\"EN-US\" style=\"color: purple;\">Celibacy diametrically opposes the law of God to \u201creplenish\u201d the earth. To procreate.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">In the Bible God enjoined on Adam and Eve to fill the earth: <span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u201cAnd God BLESSED them, and God said unto them, Be FRUITFUL, and MULTIPLY, and REPLENISH\u00a0 the earth\u201d \u2013Genesis 1:28).<br \/>\n<\/span>There are many instances of marriage in the Bible, such as Abraham having a wife, Sarah\u2013(Genesis 17:15) and finding a wife for his son, Isaac\u2013(Genesis 24). Moses was married. And Solomon, the Wise, had seven hundred wives and three hundred concubines\u2013(1 Kings 11:3).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Marriage is so sacred that Jesus allowed severing the marriage-tie only in the case of fornication\/adultery\u2013(Mark 10:11-12. Even <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/nogodbutallah.org\/?page_id=274\">Jesus-had a wife<\/a><\/span>)<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">In His Qur\u2019an All\u0101h God states:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cAnd of His signs is this, that He created MATES FOR YOU from yourselves that you might find quiet of mind in them, and He put between you love and compassion\u201d\u2013(Qur\u2019an 30:21);<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u201cAnd marry those among you who are single, and those who are fit among your male slaves and your female slaves. If they are needy, Allah will make them free from want out of His grace. And Allah is Ample-giving, Knowing\u201d\u2013(Qur\u2019an 24:32).<br \/>\n<\/span>Prophet Mohammad says: <span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u201cWhen a man marries he has fulfilled half of the Deen (religion); so let him fear Allah regarding the remaining half (of his religion)\u201d\u2013(Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 3096).<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><sup>2<br \/>\n<\/sup><\/span>It is well-known that Prophet Mohammad had, depending on who you read, from nine to thirty wives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The Vedas also enjoin marriage and raising children:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u201cOh man and woman, having acquired knowledge from the learned, proclaim amongst the wise the fact of your intention of entering the MARRIED LIFE. Attain to fame, observing the noble virtue of non-violence, and uplift your soul. Converse together happily, living in a peaceful home, spoil not you life\u201d\u2013(Yajur Veda 5.17, 44).<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u201cMay happiness await you with your CHILDREN! Watch o&#8217;er this house as mistress of the home. Unite yourself wholly with your husband. Thus authority in speech till old age will be yours\u201d\u2013(Rig Veda X, 85, 27).<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><sup>3<\/sup><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">The <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/nogodbutallah.org\/?page_id=537\">Bhagavad Gita<\/a>,<\/span> which is a conversation between Krishna and Arjuna, also alludes to marriage and having children. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Krishna is said to have had\u00a0eight main wives and many junior wives, numbering \u201c16,000 or\u00a016,100\u00a0in different scriptures.\u201d Out of these 16,000 wives \u201cevery wife had 10 children,\u201d and he had in total \u201c1,61,080 Children.\u201d<sup><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">4<\/span> <\/sup>Krishna even had Radha, another man\u2019s wife, as consort.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Without doubt, to oppose the law\/ordinance of God is to be against God; and to be, or to counsel, against God is unGodly.<br \/>\n<\/span>In renouncing the world one is rejecting that which God made lawful. We need to balance our living; not suffer the material for the spiritual or suffer the spiritual for the material.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Since the Bible, Qur\u2019an, Veda and Gita enjoin marriage, then evidently celibacy diametrically opposes the law of God to <span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u201cBe FRUITFUL, and MULTIPLY, and REPLENISH the earth\u201d\u2013(Genesis 1:28).<br \/>\n<\/span>Therefore yoga, which counsels that man \u201cshould live alone in a secluded place,\u201d\u00a0 \u201ccompletely free from sex life\u201d and meditate only on Krishna is <span style=\"color: #800080;\">UNGODLY.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">However, this yoga teaching of Krishna is NOT a Divine requirement. The <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/nogodbutallah.org\/?page_id=537\">Bhagavad Gita<\/a><\/span> is mythology. And Swami Dayananda Saraswati wrote: <span style=\"color: #800080;\">(The Bhagavad Gita) \u201cBeing opposed to the\u00a0<em>Veda<\/em>, it cannot be held to be an authority.\u2026<em>Krishna<\/em>\u00a0could never be God.\u201d<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><sup>5<br \/>\n<\/sup><\/span>And in his book\u00a0<em>The Way To True Worship<\/em>, (p. 1), Anoop Chandola wrote:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cThe first recorded book of the Hindus is the\u00a0<em>Rig Veda<\/em>.\u00a0 In it, \u201cbeing\u201d or\u00a0<em>sat<\/em>\u00a0is said to have its beginning in non-being or\u00a0<em>asat<\/em>. More than a thousand years later, the\u00a0<em>Bhagavad Gita<\/em>\u00a0challenged this view, holding that there is no \u201cnon-being\u201d state of being.\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">(If Krishna is the\u00a0<em>Rg Veda<\/em>\u00a0and \u201cthe knower of the Vedas\u201d and the \u201ccompiler of Vedanta\u201d, as he declared, he should not have \u201cchallenged\u201d the teaching of the\u00a0<em>Rg Veda<\/em>\u00a0more than a thousand years later in the\u00a0<em>Bhagavad Gita<\/em>. He is clearly challenging himself. GOD CHALLENGING HIMSELF?).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Anoop Chandola also explains in the same book noted above (p. 9):<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u201cThe Vedas included several major gods and goddesses some of whom must have been culture heroes\u2026.As the tradition of honoring culture heroes continued, in due course new heroes were added<em>,\u00a0<strong>two of them most important: Rama and Krishna<\/strong><\/em>\u201d<\/span>\u2013(Emphasis\/color added).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Thus, not only is Krishna not God to make such a \u201cyoga\u201d pronouncement but this yoga is opposed to the Divine ordinance of procreation.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">While there is merit in exercise and mediation (refining one\u2019s self into oneness with God), yoga as the way to God has no Divine foundation.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Clearly <span style=\"color: #800080;\">YOGA IS UNGODLY.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Islam teaches there are three main stages in the development of our soul. They are known <span style=\"color: #800080;\">nafs <em>Ammara<\/em><\/span>\u2013(Qur\u2019an 12:53); <span style=\"color: #800080;\">nafs <em>Lowwama<\/em><\/span>\u2013(Qur\u2019an 75:2) and <span style=\"color: #800080;\">nafs <em>Mutma\u2019inna<\/em><\/span>\u2013(Qur\u2019an 89:27-30). Muhammad Ali comments:<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">&#8220;Man\u2019s self is here called <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em>ammarah, <\/em>i.e. <em>one wont to command evil<\/em>.<\/span> It is, in fact, the lowest stage in the spiritual growth of man. It is what may be called his animal self; low desires and animal passions rule the mind of man and he is capable of doing any evil without feeling any pangs at all. He submits to his carnal desires like the brute.<br \/>\nThe next stage is called the<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> <em>lawwamah, <\/em>which is referred to in 75:2 as the <\/span><em><span style=\"color: #800080;\">self-accusing spirit<\/span>, <\/em>when the slightest departure from the path of rectitude at once rouses the pangs of conscience.<br \/>\nThe third stage is the stage of perfection \u2014 the <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em>mutma\u2019innah, <\/em>or <em>the soul at rest, <\/em><\/span>when it is in perfect peace, having attained the goal of perfection; see 89:30<em>a. <\/em>Those who have attained the second stage in the spiritual advancement and those who have attained the goal of perfection are spoken of as <em>those on whom my Lord has mercy<\/em>.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #800080;\">Qur\u2019an 89:28-30 states: \u201cO soul that art at rest, Return to thy Lord, well-pleased, well-pleasing, So enter among My servants, And enter My Garden!\u201d <span style=\"color: #000000;\">And Muhamad comments on 89:30 as stated in his comment above:<br \/>\n<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u201dThe concluding verses of this chapter refer to the highest stage of the spiritual development of man, the stage in which he <em>rests contented <\/em>with his Lord, and finds his quietude, his happiness, and his delight in Him. This is the heavenly life. It has already been noted \u2014 see 12:53<em>a <\/em>and introductory note to ch. 75 \u2014 that the Holy Qur\u2019an recognizes three stages in spiritual development, the<span style=\"color: #800080;\"> <em>ammarah <\/em>or the animal stage<\/span> (12:53), the <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em>lawwamah <\/em>or the human stage<\/span> (75:2), and the <span style=\"color: #800080;\"><em>mutma\u2018innah <\/em>or the heavenly or spiritual stage,<\/span> mentioned here. At this last stage, the pure and perfect sincerity, truth and righteousness of a person are rewarded by Almighty God by granting him a heaven on this earth. All others look to a prospective paradise, but he enters paradise in this very life. It is at this stage, too, that a person realizes that the prayers and worship which at first appeared to him as a burden are really a nourishment on which the growth of his soul depends, and that this is the basis of his spiritual development. The spirit \u2014 which in the second stage, although blaming a man for the impurities of life, is yet powerless to resist the evil tendencies, or to blot them out wholly, and too infirm to establish a man upon the principle of virtue with firmness \u2014 now reaches a stage of development in which its efforts are crowned with success. The state of struggle with sinful propensities passes away, an entire change comes over the nature of man, and the former habits undergo a complete transformation.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Equally significant. The word \u201cOM\/AUM\u201d which Hindus chant\/utter in their meditation <span style=\"color: #800080;\">(and which Hindus consider to refer to God)<\/span> is NOT mentioned in the Rg Veda. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Regarding the Gayatri mantra of the RgVeda which reads:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">\u201cTat Savitur Varenyam Bhargo<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Devasya Dhi Mahi<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Dhiyo Yo Nah Prachodyat\u201d<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\"><em>(\u201cThat Sun, bright and pure,<br \/>\n<\/em><em>\u00a0the god\u2019s great wisdom<br \/>\n\u2013may he sharpen and refine our intellect\u201d)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Abdul Haque Vidyarthi points out in his book <em>Muhammad in World Scriptures<\/em> that to give meaning to this\u00a0<em>Gayatri mantra<\/em>, \u201cthe pandits prefix these four words which <span style=\"color: #800080;\">DOES NOT EXIST<\/span> in the Veda\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800000;\"><em>Om\u00a0bhur bhava svaha<\/em>.<\/span> The word\u00a0<em><span style=\"color: #800000;\">Om,<\/span>\u00a0<\/em>it may be noted, is <span style=\"color: #800080;\">NOT FOUND ANYWHERE<\/span> in the Rig Veda. These four words they interpolate and insert before the <em>Gayatri mantra<\/em>\u00a0for the reason that it may yield some significance at least.\u201d (Emphasis added, .For more on this see <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/nogodbutallah.org\/?page_id=183\">Mohammad-and Moulood<\/a><\/span>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 14pt;\">Another source points out: <span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u201cOm is not mentioned in the ancient Rig-Veda.
