And, ini-tially Jesus\u2019 teachings were transmitted \u201corally\u201d and the current four Gospels did not acquire official <span style=\"background: yellow;\">sta-tus until \u201c170 A.D.\u201d (some 140 years after Christ)<\/span> and not until \u201cexcisions\u201d were made from the pre-vailing \u201cabundance of literature\u201d on Jesus and after numerous other \u201cGospels were suppressed.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center; text-indent: 36pt; margin-left: 36pt;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: purple; font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">*<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: purple; font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">JESUS HAD A WIFE<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\" align=\"center\"><span style=\"color: purple; font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cAnd certainly We sent messengers before<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: purple; font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">thee (Mohammad) and appointed for them<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: purple; font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 36pt;\">wives and children\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: purple; font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">(Qur\u2019an 13:38).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">As shown in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/nogodbutallah.org\/?page_id=284\">Jesus-birth miracle or mechanix<\/a>?<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">,<\/span> contrary to Christian\u2019s belief the Bible (and Qur\u2019an) shows that Jesus was not of virgin birth. Jesus had a human father <span style=\"color: #800080;\">(virgin birth is a forgery in the Bible). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Paul, who knows more than Christians, states that Jesus had a human father:<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0(a) \u201cTherefore (David) being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the <span style=\"color: #800080;\">FRUIT OF HIS LOINS, ACCORDING TO THE FLESH,<\/span> he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne\u201d\u2013(Acts 2:30);<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 (b) \u201cConcerning his Son Jesus Christ\u2026which was made of the <span style=\"color: #800080;\">SEED OF DAVID ACCORDING TO THE FLESH\u201d<\/span>\u2013(Romans 1:3);<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0(c) <\/span><span class=\"PlainTextCharChar\" style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cRemember that Jesus Christ of the <\/span><span class=\"PlainTextCharChar\" style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; color: #800080;\">SEED OF DAVID<\/span><span class=\"PlainTextCharChar\" style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201d\u2013(2 Timothy 2:8).<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\"><span class=\"PlainTextCharChar\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: #800080;\">\u00a0 A<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #800080;\">nd \u201cseed\u201d is sperm, and \u201caccording to the flesh\u201d is male-female union: sexual intercourse. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">The question is was Jesus married?<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">According to a recent newspaper report, a 4<\/span><sup style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;\">th <\/sup><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">century papyrus fragment was found that suggests Jesus had a \u201cwife\u201d: <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; color: purple;\">\u201cThe translation of the 4<sup>th<\/sup> century Coptic papyrus by a Harvard scholar read \u201cJesus said to them, my wife.\u201d\u201d<sup><span style=\"background: yellow;\">1<\/span><\/sup><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">In His Qur\u2019an 6:84-87, All\u0101h mentions Jesus among eighteen prophets who had fathers and descendants\/children:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; color: purple;\">\u201cAnd\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; color: purple;\">We gave him (Abraham) Isaac and Jacob.<br \/>\nEach did We guide; and Noah<br \/>\ndid We guide before,<br \/>\nand of his descendants, David and<br \/>\nSolomon and Job and Joseph<br \/>\nand Moses and Aaron.<br \/>\nAnd thus do We reward those<br \/>\nwho do good (to others):<br \/>\nAnd Zacharias and John<br \/>\nand <span style=\"background: yellow;\">Jesus<\/span> and Elias;<br \/>\neach one (of them) was of the righteous,<br \/>\nAnd Ishmael and Elisha and Jonah<br \/>\nand Lot; and each one (of them)<br \/>\nWe made to excel the people;<br \/>\nAnd some of their <span style=\"background: yellow;\">fathers<\/span><br \/>\nand their <span style=\"background: yellow;\">descendants<\/span> and their brethren.<br \/>\nAnd We chose them and guided<br \/>\nthem to the right way.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 To have children, Jesus must have a wife\/consort, but according to the Gospels Jesus had no wife and children. If Jesus was married why is there no mention of it in the Gospels?<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0The answer would seem simple.<br \/>\nIf Jesus had a wife and children, and as Christians believe that Jesus is the son of God, it would mean that God has a daughter-in-law and grandchildren, and even great grandchildren and even other greats as we move down the trail of descendants; and it would also mean that since all these descendants would be of \u201cDivinity,\u201d as their father, they also would have the powers to perform miracles through the ages and also among us today <\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; color: purple;\">\u2013if Jesus\u2019 followers, being mortals, could perform such miracles as Jesus gave them power\u2013(Matt. 10:7-8)\u2013 consider how much more potent his own \u201cdivine\u201d off-spring would be.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 These \u2018multi-great\u2019 grandchildren would be able to feed multitudes on a few loaves and fish <span style=\"color: purple;\">\u2013which would take care of any famine or starvation, and food-banks. <\/span>These \u201cDivine\u201d descendants would also be able to save the cash flow of the world\u2019s \u2018drinkers\u2019 by turning mega loads of water into wine \u2013<span style=\"color: purple;\">though this might upset and put the \u2018spirit\u2019 czars out of business; they may have to hook fish or fork potato banks for a living. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 These \u201cheavenly\u201d children would also heal the blind and the sick and raise the dead <span style=\"color: purple;\">\u2013man would have found his utopia\u2013<\/span> though all this would put an end to doctors and hospitals and undertakers and grave-diggers, and to stem-cell research and cloning, as well as an end to all the millions in money collected for cancer and other researches. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 The scenario would pretty much be the same regarding the belief that Jesus is God <span style=\"color: purple;\">\u2013God would have a mortal wife, children, grand\u2019s, etc.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Thus, the builders of the Church probably having foreseen this expanse of insanity ruled it necessary to wall Jesus in the room of celibacy. Or, since Jesus\u2019 purpose was to be scapegoat for sinners, there was no need for him to have a wife and children.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"color: purple; font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0Any wonder the Church does not seem please over the discovery of this \u2018<\/span><i style=\"color: purple; font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Jesus had a wife<\/i><span style=\"color: purple; font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u2019 document?<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 Contrary to Biblical narrative that the Pharaoh of Moses\u2019 time perished in the sea, All\u0101h the All-Knowing revealed in His Qur\u2019an 10:92 that He saved Pharaoh\u2019s body to be a sign for future generations:<span style=\"color: purple;\"> \u201cBut this day We shall save thee in thy body that thou mayest be a sign to those after thee. And surely most of the people are heedless of Our signs.\u201d<sup><span style=\"background: yellow;\">2<br \/>\n<\/span><\/sup><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">It took the world some twelve hundred years after this Qur\u2019anic revelation, and nearly twenty-five hundred years after the fact, to discover this truth of All\u0101h.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 All\u0101h also revealed in His Qur\u2019an 89:7 the existence of a city named <i>Iram:<\/i><span style=\"color: purple;\">\u201cHast thou not considered how thy Lord dealt with \u2018\u00c5d, (Of) <span style=\"background: yellow;\">Iram<\/span>,<\/span><i>\u00a0<\/i><span style=\"color: purple;\">having lofty buildings.\u201d <\/span><i>Iram <\/i>seemed unheard of in history.<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0 \u00a0But the December 1978 edition of <\/span><i style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">National Geographic<\/i><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\"> carried an article on the excavation of a city named \u201cEbla\u201d whereby this city of <\/span><i style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Iram<\/i><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\"> is mentioned. The article titled <\/span><i style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">EBLA Splendor Of An Unknown Empire<\/i><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\"> is written by Howard La Fay. The article states:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify; margin-left: 40.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201c\u2026in 1975\u201d, \u201cDr. Paolo Matthiae of the University of Rome\u201d discovered \u201cthe ruins of a palace apparently destroyed in the 23<sup>rd<\/sup> century B.C.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0 \u201cThe names of cities thought to have been founded much later, such as Beirut and Byblos, leap from the tablets\u2026.Also included is <span style=\"background: yellow;\">Iram, an obscure city referred to in Sura 89 of the Koran.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Most intriguing of all are the personal names found on the Ebla tablets. They include Ab-ra-mu (Abraham),\u00a0 \u00a0E-sa-um (Esau), and Sa-u-lum (Saul).\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u201cThe Book of Genesis introduces him (Abraham) as a native of Ur of the Chaldees, in southern Mesopotamia. Scholars have always taken this at face value.\u201d<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 9pt;\">\u201cBut we now encounter a Syrian capital, dating from five hundred years <\/span><i style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 9pt;\"><span style=\"background: yellow;\">before<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 9pt;\"> the widely accepted date for Abraham\u2026.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 9pt; background: yellow;\">Muslim scholars have long held that Abraham\u2019s epic journey occurred about 2300 B.C.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 9pt;\">\u201d (pp. 731, 735, 736). <\/span><i style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 9pt;\">(See also <\/i><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt; text-indent: 9pt;\">Ency. Abraham.).<\/i><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">\u00a0<span style=\"color: purple;\">\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>It took mankind over two thousand years to discover the truth of the Qur\u2019an that the body of Ramses (the Pharaoh of Moses\u2019 time) was preserved for future generations; it took some four thousand years for the world to discover the Qur\u2019anic truth about the existence of the city of Iram.<br \/>\nMohammad through revelation from All\u0101h also made unerring\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/nogodbutallah.org\/?page_id=127\">prophecies<\/a><\/span>\u00a0<span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">and pronouncements on\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/nogodbutallah.org\/?page_id=123\">science<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia,palatino; font-size: 12pt;\"><span style=\"color: blue;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">.<\/span> <\/span><span style=\"color: purple;\">Whether the papyrus fragment is genuine or not, the words of All\u0101h enshrined in His Qur\u2019an are true.
