JESUS LOVES US \u2013 GOD IS LOVE<\/span><\/p>\n

(This presentation is not to denigrate Jesus. It is a comment on Christian teaching. This is the Christian\u2019s Jesus. For the Muslim\u2019s Jesus read the Qur\u2019an).<\/span><\/p>\n

That Jesus loves us <\/i>is a stretch, marathon-long.1<\/span><\/sup> Jesus loved his <\/i>people, Jews \u2013<\/span><\/span>Jesus\u2019 \u201clove thine enemies\u201d refers to Jewish mutual enmity; ditto<\/i> for giving the \u201cother cheek\u201d which was meant to reform his Jewish people to tolerance and forgiveness of each other. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

As shown in the following, according to the Bible, the only \u201clove\u201d Jesus preached was \u201clove\u201d for his Jewish people; and the only God Jesus knew was\/is the God Who commands the slaughter of non-Jews to plunder and occupy their lands and enslave their virgin-girls: a God Who is a “man of war”-(Exodus 15:3; \u00a0 \u00a0<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Jesus came to uphold the Mosaic Law, even to the passing of the heaven and the earth\u2013(Matthew 5:17-18). Jesus\u2019 saying to his people to \u201clove thy neighbor as thyself\u201d\u2013(Mark 12:31), that this refers to one\u2019s fellow Jewish neighbor is made clear in the Bible\u2013(Leviticus 19:18); and which commands that non-Jews (the Amorites, Hittites, Perizzites, Canaanites, etc; and Philistines) are to be banished from Jewish lands, \u201cthou shalt drive them out before thee. Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods. <\/span>THEY SHALL NOT DWELL IN THY LAND<\/span>\u201d\u2013(Exodus 23: 31-33). \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 Contrary to Christian\u2019s claim, Jesus (the Christian\u2019s God and son of God) did not preach love, but naked hate2<\/span><\/sup> and he left his people a legacy of strife, division, and hate: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -\u201cI am come to send <\/span>FIRE<\/span> on the earth;\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth, Nay; but rather <\/span>DIVISION<\/span>: For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; and the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law;\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -\u201cThink <\/span>NOT<\/span> that I am come to send peace on earth: I came <\/span>NOT<\/span> to send peace, but a <\/span>SWORD<\/span>\u201d\u2013(Luke 12:49, 51-53; Matt. 10:34. Grand \u201clove\u201d).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -\u201cIf any man come to me, and\u00a0<\/i><\/span>HATE NOT<\/span>\u00a0<\/i>his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple\u201d<\/i>\u2013(Luke 14:26. Grand \u201clove\u201d).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -\u201cFor I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. And a man\u2019s foes shall be they of his own household\u201d\u2013(Matthew 10:35-37).\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>What kind of a God and son of God is this? And what manner of \u201clove\u201d is this? (Mohammad forbids us from disobeying parents and exhorts us to have good relations even with our pagan parents\u2013 Muslim Vol. 3, #\u2019s 4257, 4260; Bokhari Vol. 3, #789).
\n(Christians have the fanciful claim that <\/span><\/span>Jesus-liberates women<\/a>).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 Jesus also, rightly, preached fire and brimstone: \u201cBut he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation;\u201d that \u201cwhosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire\u201d\u2013(Mark 3:29; Matt. 5:22); that evil-doers shall receive the \u201cgreater damnation\u201d of \u201chell;\u201d and hell is an \u201ceverlasting fire\u201d that \u201cnever shall be quenched\u201d\u2013(Matt. 18:8; Mark 9:43); and that in this \u201cfurnace of fire\u201d there shall be \u201cwailing and gnashing of teeth\u201d\u2013(Matt. 23:14, 33; 13:42). <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 And to teach false doctrines such as inherited sin and vicarious atonement that God and Jesus did not teach and which doctrines attribute injustice to God and make Him complicit in murder, respectively, is evil\/blasphemy.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 To repeat. That Jesus loves us <\/i>is a stretch, marathon-long. Jesus loved his <\/i>people, Jews \u2013<\/span>Jesus\u2019 \u201clove thine enemies\u201d refers to Jewish mutual enmity; ditto<\/i> for giving the \u201cother cheek. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 It is not love, mercy, and forgiveness to slay enemies opposed to rule\u2013(Luke 19:27), to view others as \u201cdogs\u201d and \u201cswine\u201d\u2013(Matt. 7:6; 15:26); and to speak in parables so they would not understand and be forgiven\u2013(Mark 4:11-12). Here we have the Christian\u2019s God calling his creation \u201cdogs\u201d and \u201cswine\u201d and preaching in parables so they would not understand and be saved. Here we have the Christian\u2019s son of God calling his Father\u2019s creation \u201cdogs\u201d and \u201cswine\u201d and preaching in parables so they would not understand and be saved. (Grand \u201clove\u201d).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 This Christians\u2019 God and son of God, Jesus, demonstrably, is not only a tribal God but also a selfish and devious \u201cGod,\u201d and son of God: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -Jesus told the Samaritan woman: \u201cYe worship ye know not what: we (Jews) know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews<\/i>\u201d\u2013(John 4:22);<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -and after relating the parable of the sower to the people Jesus said to them: \u201cHe that hath ears to hear, let him hear;\u201d and, afterwards, when he (Jesus) was alone with the Israelites they asked him about the meaning of the parable: \u201cAnd he said unto them, Unto you (who have God) it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them (non-Jews) that are without (God), all these things are done in parables: That seeing they may see, and not perceive<\/i>; and hearing they may hear, and not understand<\/i>; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them<\/i>\u201d\u2013(Mark 4:9-12).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 In other words though the non-Jews (who may be sincere seekers of God) have the faculties of sight and hearing and can see and hear, he (Jesus) spoke in parables so that they would not understand his words<\/i> because he did not want them to accept God and have their sins forgiven.<\/i><\/span>\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 <\/i><\/span>What a ghastly, horribly, sickening thing to do. (As prophet, Jesus could not turn away anyone; this is why he indulged non-Jews; but he could avoid them, which he did, as is evident from his admonition to his disciples not to preach to non-Jews, and from his speaking in parables so that they would not understand).This statement by Jesus also proves that Jesus did\u00a0<\/i>NOT\u00a0<\/i>come to save sinners.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 Contrast this Christians\u2019 \u201cGod\u201d and son of God,\u00a0<\/i>Jesus, to Mohammad who gave the Word of All\u0101h, God, clearly<\/i><\/strong> and to all<\/i><\/strong> inviting them to forgiveness, and agonizing over the rejecters, and even praying for the forgiveness of the rejecters of All\u0101h. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 Also, this saying of Jesus crowns the list of refutation that Jesus is God and that he came to die for the world is a monumental myth and a lie: it is a myth in that there are no such Divine expressions; it is a lie in that it is known that the verses of Mark 16:9-20 and Matthew 28:19, speaking of Father, Son, and Holy Ghost and to baptize all nations are \u201cforgeries.\u201d It also proves that Jesus\u2019 speaking of \u201cnations\u201d refers to the Jewish nations: confirming that Jesus\u2019 mission was wholly and solely\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span>only for Jews<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 –It is not love and forgiveness for Jesus to tell people to love your enemies and forgive seventy times seven but he ordered his enemies be slain it is hypocrisy)\u2013(Matt. 5:44; 18:22; Luke 19:27);<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -It is not love for Jesus to tell people to bury the dead whereas he resurrected Lazarus, the widow\u2019s son, and Jairus\u2019 daughter (it is hypocrisy)\u2013(Matt. 8:22; John 11:43-44; Luke 7:12-15; 8:41, 49-55).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -It is not love for Jesus to tell people to not judge others whereas he put the blood of the prophets murdered by the Jewish fathers onto the head of the Jews and consigned them to the greater damnation of hell, (it is hypocrisy)\u2013(Matt. 7:1; 23:14, 33-38).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -It is not love for Jesus to tell people to bless them that curse you but he cursed a helpless fig tree;<\/span>(it is not only hypocrisy but it is a sin to curse a thing that has no control over itself)\u2013(Matt. 5:44; Mark 11:12-21).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -It is not love for Jesus to tell people to pray for them that despise you and persecute you, but he upbraided the peoples of Chorazin, Bethsaida, and Capernaum for not accepting his miracles and reforming, and instead of praying for the Jews, he ridiculed them<\/span> as \u201cgeneration of vipers;\u201d \u201cevil and adulterous generation;\u201d as \u201cfools\u201d and \u201cblind guides\u201d\u00a0(it is hypocrisy)\u2013(Matt, 5:44; 11:20-24; <\/span>12:34, 39; 23:16-17, 24). <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -It is not love for Jesus to tell people to honor parents but he disowns his mother, (it is not only hypocrisy but a major sin)\u2013(Matt. 19:19; 12:46-50): \u201cThen one said unto him (Jesus), Behold, thy mother and thy brethren\u2026.But he answered and said, Who is my mother? And who are my brethren?\u201d (and he gestured to his disciples) \u201cBehold my mother and my brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.\u201d<\/span> <\/span>Mary could not have been guilty of neglecting God so that Jesus should dishonor her; Mary was chosen over all women because she was \u201chighly favoured\u201d by God, and \u201cblessed\u201d\u2013(Luke 1:28). In fact, Christians honor Mary as \u201cMother of God.\u201d And, to this day, as Christians claim, Mary makes appearances and even cure\/give power to people so that they are canonized as saints).<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -It is not love for Jesus to tell people to give the other cheek but he <\/span>commanded his followers to sell their garments and buy swords, (it is hypocrisy)\u2013(Matt. 5:39; Luke 22:36); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -It is not love for Jesus to tell people to go another mile with your compeller <\/span>but he boots his compellers \u2013the bird-sellers and money-changers\u2013<\/span> out of the temple, (it is hypocrisy)\u2013(Matt. 5:41; 21:12).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -It is not love for Jesus to tell people to not bear false witness but also says to quickly agree with your adversary lest you are thrown in jail \u2013and which agreement with your adversary may include bearing false witness which could have an innocent person executed\u2013 <\/span>(it is contradictory and even hypocrisy)\u2013(Matt. 20:18; 5:25). <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 In contrast to Jesus, Mohammad gave practical shape to this \u201clove\u201d: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -Mohammad forgave his rabid enemies of twenty-three years; prayed for his dead enemy; and would have prayed \u201cseventy-times seven\u201d if it would have brought him forgiveness\u2013(Qur\u2019an 18:6; 9:84; 113-114; Bokhari Vol. 6; # 194, 197). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -Mohammad extricated Woman from the bog of degradation and sat her aloft on the throne of honor and left her nothing for which to strive; <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -Mohammad liberated the Slave from the shackles of servitude and placed in his grasp the scepter of regality; <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -Mohammad raised the Orphan from the dust of despair and sat him on the cushion of hope.<\/span>\u00a0 Mohammad is the only Benefactor that\u00a0<\/span><\/span>women<\/a><\/span>,<\/span> <\/span><\/span>slaves<\/a><\/span>\u00a0and Orphan have known. It is Mohammad, a Divine mercy to all, as he demonstrated, who loves us \u2013<\/i>and he gave God\u2019s message clearly to all.
\n<\/i><\/span><\/span>There is none in history to equal Mohammad\u2019s love, mercy, tolerance, and forgiveness. There never will be. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 That All\u0101h raised messengers in every nation and gave them guidance\u2013(Qur\u2019an 5:48; 10:47); this alone not only proves that Islam is the religion of love but establishes Islam to be superior to all other religions; as no other sacred Book can be shown to have such a universal doctrine. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 And the expanse of All\u0101h\u2019s love is indelibly engraved is His declaration that He has ordained mercy on Himself\u2013(Qur\u2019an 6:12; 7:156)) and in His invitation to forgive us our sins: \u201c<\/span><\/span>Say, O My servants who have sinned against their souls, despair not of the mercy of All\u0101h; surely All\u0101h forgives all sins. Verily, He is Most Forgiving, Ever Merciful\u201d\u2013Qur\u2019an 39:53).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>All\u0101h loves us. All\u0101h wants to guide us. All\u0101h wants us to be pure. All\u0101h wants us to have a life in PARADISE<\/a><\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 While as prophet of God, Jesus gave Divine teachings, those as recorded in the Gospels are, as noted above, restricted only to his people and for his term, and are not be taken blanketly for all times and international application. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 If Jesus\u2019 \u2018give the other cheek\u2019 and to \u2018love\u2019 enemies etc; were to be applied blanketly then: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -the Pope and Christians should tell the Dalai Lama that he should not seek to expel China from Tibet but rather to \u201clove\u201d China, give China the \u201cother cheek,\u201d to go \u2018another mile\u2019 with him; and \u2018agree\u2019 with him (the \u201cadversary\u201d); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 -the Pope and Christians are to tell the U.S. and Britain, and France and Canada and Australia and the whole entourage that were\/are in Iraq and Afghanistan chasing Al Qaeda and the Talibans (though the Talibans did not transgress against America or any of the others)<\/span> to get off the tails of Al-Qaeda and the Talibans and to \u2018love\u2019 them and give them the \u2018other cheek\u2019 and go \u2018another mile\u2019 with them and \u2018agree\u2019 with them and let Al-Qaeda have a \u201cblast\u201d (pun intended) all over the U.S. and Britain and France, and Canada, and Australia. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 While there are situations that would benefit from \u201clove\u201d of enemies and to forgive rather than exact, it is not \u201clove\u201d and mercy to forgive incorrigible offenders and transgressors, it is stupidity and insanity!<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 While love<\/i> is usually the demonstrating of gentleness; love <\/i>also has a stern face, as evidenced by concerned parents over a recalcitrant child. While one shows love to an enemy in the expectation that the enemy would be reformed to goodness, what if the enemy becomes physical against you? So you overlook it once. Twice? What if the transgression is more brutal; and what if he moves into your house and even forces you and your family out?<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 Even if Jesus loved \u201cus\u201d yet his would NOT make him Divine or vicarious atoner or that man inherited sin from Adam. The doctrines ofChristianity \u2013Trinity, Divinity of Jesus, inherited sin, and vicarious atonement\u2013<\/span> have no Divine foundation, no prophetic foundation, no logical foundation, and are repugnant to reason; moreover, Christians lie on God, they lie on Jesus, they blame the Devil; Christianity is evil, intolerant, and backward; and the Gospels portray Jesus as a liar, hypocrite and fraud. (See\u00a0<\/span>Christianity-lies, evil, hate<\/a><\/span>).<\/span><\/p>\n

God is love:<\/span><\/i><\/strong><\/span> Christians have the weird notion \u2013and they go about trumpeting (and unthinking people are likely to give ear to it)\u2013 <\/span>that \u201cGod is love.\u201d <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 God is not \u201clove;\u201d but God \u201cloves.\u201d Love is an emotion \u2013an abstract. Love is an abstract<\/span> like pain and joy and hate and anger, and even like fragrance and sound, and maybe even like electricity and magnetism. But God is a being, a form. Even their God and son of God, Jesus, teach this, he says: <\/span>\u201cYe have neither heard his (God\u2019s) voice at any time, nor seen his shape\u201d\u2013(John 5:37).<\/span> Clearly, God is a being. God is not \u201clove;\u201d but God \u201cloves.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 As shown above it is Mohammad who loves us. Whereas Christians claim that God is \u201clove,\u201d the Bible contradicts Christians, as Moses (a great prophet of God who received revelation from God) declared: \u201cThe Lord is a man of <\/span>WAR<\/span>: the Lord is his name\u201d\u2013(Ex. 15:3). <\/span>And He was true to this claim as the Christian\u2019s Scriptural history testifies (and as Christians claim that Jesus is God):<\/span><\/p>\n

The Christian God gave orders to burn the daughter who commits \u201cwhoredom\u201d\u2013(Gen 38:24; Lev. 21:9); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf He killed \u201call the firstborn in the land of Egypt\u201d\u2013(Exod. 12:29); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf orders that the \u201cfirstling of an ass\u201d \u2013a helpless and blameless animal who had no say in the order in which he\/she was born\u2013 <\/span>that is not redeemed with a lamb to \u201cbreak his neck\u201d\u2013(Exod. 34:20); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf also orders \u201cAll the firstborn of thy sons thou shalt redeem\u201d (and if not, what? break their necks?) and \u201cthe firstborn of thy sons shalt thou give unto me\u201d (in sacrifice?)\u2013(Exod. 34:20; 22:29); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf sanctions slavery\u2013(Lev.25:44); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf punishes children for their parents \u201cwhoredoms\u201d\u2013(Num. 14:33-34.Also Rev. 2:20-23); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf answered prayers to have Jews \u201cutterly destroy\u201d peoples\u2019 \u201ccities\u201d\u2013(Num. 21:2-3. See also Deut. 3:6; 7:2; 20:17; Joshua 6:21; 10:28-43; 12:1-24; and several other places in the Bible); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf He delights in decapitation: \u201cAnd the Lord said unto Moses. Take all the heads of the people, and hang them up before the Lord against the sun<\/span>\u201d\u2013(Num. 25:4); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf requires young male prisoners and matron women to be killed and the young virgin girls become concubines: \u201cNow therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, <\/i>that have not known a man by lying with him (i.e.<\/span><\/i> virgins)<\/span>, keep alive for yourselves\u201d\u2013(Num. 31:17-18);<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf to kill disbelievers\u2013(Deut. 13:12-16); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf to cut off the hand of the wife who, trying to help her husband in a fight, grabs the \u201csecrets\u201d (genitals) of the other man\u2013(Deut. 25:11-12); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf God commanded the killing of women and children \u201cthou shalt smite every male thereof:<\/span> But the women, and the little ones\u2026shalt thou take unto thyself;\u201d<\/span>\u201cNow therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children,<\/span> that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves\u201d<\/span>\u2013(Deut.20:12-17; Num. 31:17-18).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf \u201cWhen the Lord thy God shall bring thee into the land whither thou goest to possess it<\/span>\u2026thou shalt smite them<\/span>,<\/span> and utterly destroy them,<\/span> thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor shew mercy unto them\u201d\u2013(<\/span>Deut. 7:1-2. See Josh. 12:1-6). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>\u25cf \u201cAnd stay ye not, but pursue after your enemies,<\/span>and smite the hindmost of them; suffer them not to enter into their cities:<\/span> for the Lord your God hath delivered them into your hand;\u201d \u201cand Joshua called for all the men of Israel\u2026Come near, put your feet upon the necks of these kings\u2026<\/span>And afterward Joshua smote them, and slew them, and hanged them<\/span> on five trees.\u201d \u201cSo Joshua smote all the country<\/span> of the hills, and of the south, and of the vale, and of the springs, and all their kings: he left none remaining, but utterly destroyed all that breathed,<\/span> as the Lord God of Israel commanded …And all these kings and their land did Joshua take<\/span> at one time, because the Lord God of Israel fought for Israel;<\/span>\u201d<\/span> \u201cAnd they utterly destroyed all that was in the city, both man and woman, young and old, and ox, and sheep, and ass,<\/span> with the edge of the sword\u201d<\/span>\u2013(Joshua 10:19, 24, 26, 40-42; 6:21. Read Joshua chs. 10-12; Numbers 21:24, 35; 31:17-18; Deut. 20:16-17; 1 Sam. 15:2-3, for slaughters by Joshua, Moses, and Saul). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf loading dumb, innocent swine with devils causing them to drown, and the owners loss of property and finance\u2013(Matt. 8:28-33. Wonder what the SPCA would say about this cruelty<\/span>); <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u25cf to hate family circle: \u201cIf any man come to me, and hate not<\/i> his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple\u201d<\/i>\u2013(Luke 14:26.<\/span>Mohammad\/Islam teaches us to honor parents and pray for God\u2019s mercy on them and esteems womanhood as the symbol of purity and mother\/motherhood as the gateway to Paradise.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 If this is \u201cGod is love,\u201d I doubt any person would want to know \u201cGod is hate\u201d and \u201cGod is evil.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 Contrast the Christian\u2019s Biblical God with the Muslim\u2019s Qur\u2019anic God who only allows fighting to end persecution and to fight only those who first take up arms against you and to not harm any women and children and animals; that it is better to forgive and reconcile\u2013(Qur\u2019an 42:40-43); and All\u0101h, God, implores us in loving compassionate terms to forgive us our sins: \u201c<\/span><\/span>Say, O My servants who have sinned against their souls, despair not of the mercy of All\u0101h; surely All\u0101h forgives all sins. Verily, He is Most Forgiving, Ever Merciful\u201d\u2013Qur\u2019an 39:53).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 Glory be to All\u0101h! Praise be to All\u0101h! All\u0101h is Great! All\u0101h loves us. All\u0101h wants to guide us. All\u0101h wants us to be pure. All\u0101h wants us to have a life in Paradise.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0 The Christian\u2019s God and son of God (Jesus) even took a peek at the Jewish daughters \u201cprivate parts\u201d because of their flaunting: \u201cMoreover the Lord saith, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched forth necks and wanton eyes, walking and mincing as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet: Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the Lord will discover their <\/span>SECRET PARTS<\/span>\u201d\u2013Isaiah 3:16-17). <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Clearly, according to the Bible, the only \u201clove\u201d Jesus preached was \u201clove\u201d for his Jewish people; and the only God Jesus knew was\/is the God Who commands the slaughter of non-Jews to plunder and occupy their lands and enslave their virgin-girls: a God Who is a “war”monger.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

1.<\/span><\/span> Khwaja Kamal-ud-Din in his Open Letters To The Bishops of Salisbury & London<\/i>, commenting on Christian\u2019s claim that Jesus \u201c<\/span>has given to the world the grand doctrine of universal brotherhood\u201d remarked: <\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe quotation reminds me of the oft-repeated phrases\u2013\u00a0\u201cChristian spirit,\u201d \u201cChristian morals,\u201d \u201cChristian\u00a0teachings,\u201d etc.\u2013which always come to the aid of the adherents of Christianity when they seek to claim such\u00a0 of these things for themselves as appeal to them for the\u00a0time being, though they fail to find them in their\u00a0Scriptures. Jesus was a Prophet, and can be believed to\u00a0have possessed good and noble qualities and to have\u00a0taught those things. But it is, after all, a belief, and\u00a0should not be confused with facts. His teachings, as\u00a0narrated in the Bible, cannot be taken as supplying a complete religion. Moreover, he himself admits that he\u00a0did not give the whole truth\u2013(St John xvi). On the other\u00a0hand, if the Christian spirit is that which can be inferred\u00a0from the spirit of Christ’s Church, it is not such as to do\u00a0credit to that Church\u2019s founder. The beautiful of\u00a0yesterday is the ugly of to-day; which things being so, it\u00a0is hard to define the Christian spirit. The phrase, as used\u00a0from time to time, seems to be sufficiently plastic to\u00a0accord with any and every condition. Whatever appears\u00a0to be desir\u00adable for the time being is at once claimed\u00a0under one or other of these convenient phrases. The\u00a0spirit of Christ may be taken to comprehend everything:\u00a0 but his own Church, though filled with the Holy Ghost,\u00a0as they believe, has ever remained too dense to\u00a0appreciate it. Her spirit has, throughout the ages, been\u00a0anything but meekness, mercy and long-suffering. For about seventeen centuries the Creed of Saint Athanasius\u00a0has been sung and said on the Holy Feasts, under the\u00a0authority of the Church. Does that Creed reflect the spirit\u00a0of Christ, when it evinces a universal, damnatory spirit\u00a0at its very outset, where it says: \u201cwithout doubt he shall\u00a0perish everlastingly\u201d? To-day the laity come forward to\u00a0denounce it and demand its elimination from the Book\u00a0of Common Prayer. The new house of laity of the\u00a0 Church of England met recently at Church House,\u00a0Westminster, to conclude its deliberations on the\u00a0proposed measure for the revision of the Prayer Book.\u00a0Among other things\u00ad\u2013 <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00ad\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u201cMr. C. Marston moved an amendment to leave out the\u00a0words \u2018which faith, except everyone do keep whole and\u00a0undefiled, without doubt he shall perish everlastingly,\u2019\u00a0from the Athanasian Creed. He said he did not propose\u00a0to eliminate the Creed altogether, but he wanted to take\u00a0out of it the most terrible sentence which he believed had\u00a0ever appeared in all history\u2013and this in a book which\u00a0pretended to supply the gospel of salvation of sinners.\u00a0The Athanasian Creed was com\u00adposed in an age that was\u00a0comparatively reckless of human life; and it was put into\u00a0our Prayer Book in its present form at a time when\u00a0recklessness of human life was still very much to the \u00a0 front.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u201cSir George King said he thought most of the members\u00a0in charge considered that it was no business of the House to alter the creeds. There was a great deal to be said by\u00a0way of explanation on matters which apparently were\u00a0misunderstood by some people. <\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 \u201cSir Robert Williams said he thought it was quite time\u00a0the laity \u00admade their protest against the use of these\u00a0damnatory clauses.<\/span><\/p>\n

Similar protests got rid of a certain notorious\u00a0psalm in the days of the war. But is it the spirit of Christ, or the spirit of modern civilization, that cries out against\u00a0such cruel expressions? If it is the former, it has remained dormant for centuries, and its revival is simply\u00a0to pamper the spirit of all-sufficiency. Candidly speaking, there is very little in the teachings of Jesus to\u00a0meet the ups and downs of life.<\/span> To make it elastic to suit\u00a0everything and anything is simply to fish out authority\u00a0for our deeds, no matter what their merits may be. But\u00a0for such free interpretations the world would have been\u00a0saved from the countless cruelties committed by the Church in the name of Jesus.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0 In fact, nothing could in decency be claimed as\u00a0Christian verity if it be not laid down in clear terms in\u00a0the sayings of Jesus<\/span>. If the offending phrase in the\u00a0Athanasian Creed has been allowed to remain for\u00a0centuries in the Book of Common Prayer, is not a man of\u00a0independent views justified in classing the spirit of\u00a0Christ as identical with that of indifference to human\u00a0life?<\/span> (pp. 78-86).<\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n
